Chuck Norris and his wife, Gena, are suing a company for using his image to promote a Viagra-like drug.

According to the paperwork, Gena saw an ad online in June that said, “A Tragic End Today’s for Chuck Norris.” Clicking it takes you to another site that looks very similar to a Fox News article with the headline, “Big Pharma In Outrage Over Norris’ New ED Product…Chuck Kicks Back With This!” After clicking again takes you to the site for Provitra.

Neither Chuck nor Gena authorized the company, which goes by a couple different names, Bio-Molecular Solutions and Biogenetics, to use their likenesses, and they haven’t been compensated, either. They’re seeking damages from the company and want it to stop making false representations about them.
