No matter how much we expect people to be open and honest, we all know there are some truly dishonest people in this world, and now a new report reveals where most of them can be found in the United States.
- BestLife has just come out with a list of the Most Dishonest States in America.
- They determined their list by looking at data on fraud, identity theft, cyber crime and state integrity policies.
- Using all four factors, they came up with a Dishonesty Index on a score of one to 100.
- Not so surprisingly, Nevada, home of Las Vegas, a.k.a. Sin City, tops the list as the most dishonest state.
- It lands a Dishonesty Index score of 100, with 905 frauds per 100,000 people, 256 identity thefts and 207 cybercrime victims.

- On a positive note, the least-dishonest state in the U.S. is Nebraska, with a Dishonesty Index score of zero.
